Water is vital to industrial production and KMIC will draw water from the Kalihtaw Dam 18 km to the north and purify it onsite at a modern water purification plant. Daily demand has been estimated at 8,789 m³ per day while the project will supply 10,000 m³ daily. Moreover, the supply will also supply an extensive fire hydrant network if necessary to ensure optimum safety.
