Step 1: Preparatory stage and undertaking EIA

Step 2 : Monitoring and inspections

The Project Developer shall submit the Monitoring Report to the MONREC every six (6) months from the date of receiving the ECC.

STEP 3 : Validity of ECC and extension

The ECC validity period is only five years from the date of issuance. The project proponent may apply for extension six months before the expiration to the MONREC.
